I ordered a custom disc from flydisc yesterday. Obviously it hasn’t arrived a day later, but my experience has been so great already that I really wanted to share! I placed my order and on the confirmation email, it looked like some of the text would be cut off due to my placement. The disc is a going away gift for a friend and I found out after I ordered that his departure date has been moved up. I replied to my confirmation email with my concerns and within hours, I had a response that any necessary edits would be made and I would be contacted with info on expediting my order to be sure it arrives in time. This alone deserves recognition. I have never ever had such prompt and reassuring customer service after an online order. I can’t even say for sure that my face-to-face customer support experiences have equalled to this. Its rare to find a company that shows this level of customer support and I want say
