Tips for Playing Discgolf in December
Here are some other things to keep in mind when you’re hitting the course in December. 1. Hydrate! Always remember to drink a lot of water. Although you might not feel thirsty, it’s important to stay hydrated. 2. Dress in layers! Wearing one giant jacket can be restrictive. We suggest layering with Thermals, Flannels and a Waterproof Shell. 3. Wear proper Boots or Waterproof Footwear! The last thing you want to happen if for your feet to get wet! Wear proper boots and bring some trash bags to tie over your boots in case the terrain is extra slushy. 4. Bring Towels! This is important for wiping your wet discs! 5. Bring Chapstick and Lotion. You don’t want to suffer in the snow with dry hands or lips! 6. Be sure to play with some bright color discs! White discs will disappear in the snow. You can always design your own bright discs on our site!
